Marriage to DH

I have been with my DH for nearly 17 years, we’ve generally had a good marriage, we’ve had our challenging times but we’ve been able to get past them.
For the past month, I’ve been feeling really unhappy, I can’t pinpoint why/how it started. It’s affecting my moods, I feel emotional at times and I just feel somewhat alone. Sometimes my DH will wake up and he says very little to me and will seem quite short with me when we talk, or he’ll be elsewhere during the entire morning of getting the kids ready for school, it feels like he’s become a bit emotionally detached. I don’t know what to do, our marriage just doesn’t feel the same anymore!

Hate to say it, but could there be another woman involved? It's very common for men to become detached and quiet when there's someone else on the scene.

Have you asked him what's wrong?
