Getting over an long term relationship 💔

Not me but my friend has just had her heart broken, they were together 10 years.

I'm listening to her, supporting her, we have nice stuff planned for over the summer but she is beside herself. Does anyone have any tips, book recommendations, YouTube links that could help? (He was a lying, cheating, gaslighting, selfish, womanising prat, if that makes any difference!)

I have never found any book that can help with a broken heart, only one thing helps in my experience, time.

I think you are doing the right things, have stuff planned, keep busy.

Thanks Aprilx, I have said this a few times but it doesn't feel very helpful in the moment x

I did read it's called a break up because it's broken which I found pretty helpful
