Did you separate due to growing apart in a LTR?

If so, what did it feel like? How did you know it was over?

DH is the only person I've ever been with so I've never experienced a break up but it's so hard to navigate when nothing major like abuse etc has happened. I just feel like I've changed a lot in recent years and we haven't grown together.

I'm sorry I can't help as I'm in the same situation and I'm wondering the same thing. Here to offer a hand hold.

I'm sorry you're going through it too. How long have you been together? Do you have children?
