I'm gutted. We've been married for 13 years but I just can't carry on. I'm devastated.

Om sorry op. Why now?

I just can't do it . The endless ridiculous conversations. We've 2 small kids who are largely awful when he is here, clinging to me and sobbing if he tries to do anything.

He's a lawyer and argues about fucking everything.

I had similar. It is actually abuse for someone to fight you for control. You need to work quietly. Don't let him know what you've done and start collecting evidence. It's a horrible journey but it will be worth it.

I've already told him. Oh god.

It will be fine but prepare yourself for the fight of your life.
