Have just had a completed Section 7 through, it has recommended that contact stays supervised as per the current arrangement (contact centre) at the current frequency with an appointment of a CAFCASS guardian whom should direct the court to undertake psychological assessment of both parents.
I'm not sure how to feel about this? I'm not opposed to undertaking psychological assessment, there will be lots of things that the psychologist will uncover no doubt as there has been significant and serious domestic abuse involved.
What should I prepare myself for?
