A man you’re considering dating sending you fart videos

Would this put you off? A short video of him doing some DIY during which he lifts up a leg, farts loudly and says ‘that was a loud one’. I laughed it off but now he’s sent a tic tok video link of someone farting into an intercom in a store and I’m thinking our sense of humour is not aligned as I thought it was. Am I being too precious? We’ve only been talking online for 2 weeks and my immediate thought was ‘eurgh, how unsexy’.

It is really really odd to be sending this sort of stuff so soon. Was someone else else filming him? So a preplanned fart video of himself? Ugh. I could, at a stretch chuckle at a video of his pet who farts themselves awake, maybe. But a video of himself is so strange. I'd call it off and be honest.

I hit the roof. It's wrong on so many levels. Its perverse, bizarre and she is grounded for the first time in her life. She humiliated herself and has tarnished her reputation at school. She is now known as the weirdo who makes fart videos with that even weirder friend who farted. Gutted for her.

However, @makegood you shamed your 12 year old for making a silly video?! Your language 'humiliated herself' 'tarnished her reputation' is awful about a child. Also a 12 year old making a silly fart video is not 'perverse'.

Someone I was chatting to on OLD recently tried to impress me by making what he must have thought an amusing comment about finding a job on a gynaecology ward...I deleted him.

Yes it would completely turn me off and I would probably just stop replying to his texts. I don't like toilet humour and I don't find it funny, it's just crude. Can't believe he thought it would be a good idea to send a video of him doing that

I think if you liked him then perhaps give him another chance. Explain your not really in to fart vids, you like like him but not that kind of thing.
See what happens from there, its a short life and you may not entirely find what your looking for!
