How old are you? I'm through the other side & as sexual as ever. Don't give up yet.

Sorry if this is an obvious question, but it sounds like this is getting you down ; have you looked into HRT? I understand it's often getting the testosterone balance right which makes the difference to sex drive.
This podcast on sex and the menopause from Dr Louise Newson and Samantha Evans may be of interest. Definitely worth exploring HRT with the experts, as so many women say it helps. No personal experience as my menopause hasn't had that symptom so far; I'm on the HRT for general health reasons.

I'm 46 and perimenopausal, but hasn't affected my sex drive. I've just started hrt though as I'm single and have no intention to give up sex
