I’m on a bit of a self-help binge since my last long term relationship breakdown and it also not working out with a guy I was seeing recently either.
I listen to the baggage reclaim podcast and have also read her books too which I find helpful but are there any others regarding relationships/dating/self-love etc?
I’ve also heard of the book ‘women who love too much’, has anyone read this? As it’s quite old is it still relatable to relationships today?
