Read, draw, plan days out, cook...whatever interests you. Learn a new language, watch a film, have a declutter, and workout. These are just a few examples. Avoid social media and the TV as those marketing messages about other people having the time of their lives and fun, fun, fun are all fake...and designed to make you buy something to stem the perceived boredom.
