Can they see I viewed their Fbook profile?! #Stalker!

Hi!
So I had a quick look at someone’s profile on Facebook and they then appeared in my” people you may know” list.
I’m concerned they may be able to see I looked at their profile or searched them! I thought not, but online it states there are now ways of knowing who looked at your profile these days? I followed the instructions and can’t see how to find that out on my Facebook account though?

I think if you go to your search area in FB then 'see all' and then 'clear all' it deletes all searches you've done, it reduces the people you may know bit. I'm hoping anyway..

He very unlikely has my phone no stored, or his stored in mine. He does have my email address. No mutual friends.

The other person, again def no phone numbers stored or mutual friends…I searched them, they may have searched me.

You won’t show up on his profile don’t worry.

The reason he has shown up on yours now is because you searched for him… so Facebook now thinks ‘he is a person you may know’ This doesn’t mean you will show up on his profile so you don’t need to worry. Clear your search history and he shouldn’t appear on yours again either

I recently read that iPhone users can now see who viewed their profile, apparently to make it more inline with instagram. I just asked my daughter to check her iPhone though and she couldn't see it. However, IF he has an iphone but doesn’t know about this, or even care to look, then he won't know at all. I wouldn't worry
