Gifts instead of money

A married man regularly spends money on his mistress. Not vast amounts but say, a weekly dinner, occasional flowers, chocolate, lingerie, spa weekend including hotel, other little surprise presents including practical things. No cash has ever changed hands, but, would you consider this whoring?

Surely if it was viewing as 'whoring' that would be 99% of relationships?

Nope! The mistress might like the presents, but still be in the affair without.

If she'd still be meeting up with him without the gifts then no.
If she is only meeting up with him for the gifts and doesn't like him then yes.

He’s benefitting from most of those gifts. She’s not a whore she’s just a tramp.

No, he would buy those things for a girlfriend during a relationship.

If she knows he's married she certainly has questionable morals, but she's not a prostitute.

I'd consider him to be a twat, and her to be a fool.
