Suddenly can't have sex?

Hey all
Last few months, I have been struggling to have penetrative sex. Been with my partner 3 years and about a year ago I noticed issues once we moved in together.
Issues where were I feel like he's too big to fit which wasn't an issue before! I'm still very attracted to him and was turned on.
However the other day we dtd, turned on but he could not fit in, It was extremely difficult/painful and when we stopped he only had probably an inch inside? After this I had significant bleeding.
I've had bleeding before with previous partners but believed that was due to not being turned on enough and that when I had a smear that year it showed abnormal cells and to change my pill (yet to do I know so bad!). This was all just prior to beginning my relationship with my boyfriend and STD test was taken and negative.

I didn't think this stuff would effect me being able to HAVE sex just the bleeding after....especially as that was a few years ago now..
Any suggestions? Has anyone else had anything similar?

I was going to suggest possible vaginismus, but the bleeding doesn't sound right. Gynae check to make sure there's nothing there which shouldn't be?

I'd definitely book an appointment with your GP just to be on the safe side
