Trust gone. Left him and starting to feel stronger

I left my partner after discovering (by him sending me a screenshot with POF at the top) that I was being lied to

Once the trust has gone it’s gone. I always struggled to trust and open up and he has created that void bigger.

However life goes on I’m making plans and feeling positive about the future.

I’ve had my ups and downs this week, some lows .. but I just think now life has to go on.

Well done you - you will have some ups and downs but you definitely did the right thing, stay strong!

You have done the right thing at the right time for you.

You are the one who makes the decisions.

Build yourself back up and think about the future and new possibilities.

It’s hard, I know, and it’s good you’re feeling positive and stronger. There may be times you don’t but they will become less and less frequent. Stay strong x
