Old flame married and settled.
I’d never interrupt that or cheat for that matter but why can’t I stop thinking about him?
Does this mean my marriage is over? Should I be questioning myself why I feel like this. Very confused.

You're probably bored. You haven't given much info though so it's hard to advise. Having thoughts of someone else is just what happens. On its own it's not a threat to a marriage, it's kind of a 'given'.

The fact that you're considering that your marriage might be over is more of a concern, really. In a secure relationship that you were enjoying and that was good for you, you might get a crush on someone else but you'd simply brush it aside.
