I am so stuck. I know what I want to say but I can't get the words out, so I'm going to write a short letter. If anyone else has done the same, did you type it or handwrite it?

This is worth a listen, there's some good advice about writing hard letters.

I would hand write

I am currently working my way through Helen Thorn's book when I can get 10 mins to sit in the car on a break at work. I got rid of the sleeve to make it less noticeable if anyone happens to see that I have a book in my gym bag!
