Would you move back in?

Ex lives in our house. He won't sell it until he finds the perfect property which is a needle in a haystack type property. I'm living with my mum and son but still paying for the house. He keeps saying for us to move back in. I just want the house sale to go through so we can all move on. It upsets me that I'm not living in my home I pay for but I know we can't live together whilst we are in a relationship. Neither wants to get back together. I feel like he is using this as a form of blackmail to get me back into the house. I don't know whether just to move back in but make myself unavailable whilst there until it sells.

Definitely don’t move back in. If you do he will never sell. Remember why you left in the first place.

Can you go to court to force a sale?

I've asked my solicitor today for costs to obtain a court order for sale and whether a judge would allow him the opportunity to buy another property at the same time or whether it would just be a straight sale regardless of whether he had a property lined up or not.
