Does anyone else get embarrassed about getting jealous? I just got jealous about my partner finding an actress attractive 😞

In the kindest possible way, this should be a bit of a wake up call for you. It is quite an extreme thing to get jealous about.

Are you embarrassed enough to work out why you’re being like this and stop? I can’t imagine feeling like this. All sorts of people are attractive but that doesn’t threaten your relationship. Behaving in a possessive or controlling way does.

You need to work on your self esteem. It’s natural to be attracted to the opposite sex !

It's normal to find people attractive. Would you rather he say it out loud, and laugh about it with you, or keep it in his head for fear of upsetting you? Because in both scenarios he's thinking it.

DH and I are aware of each others' celeb 'crushes' and tease each other sometimes.

It's only 'wrong' if someone goes on about fancying someone else in order to upset their partner / to affect their self confidence.

The strongest relationships can be honest about things like this. It makes you closer and more resilient.
