Adding FB Friends?

My BF of four years recently started adding women he doesn’t know. Some obvs are work colleagues. He has only just had FB last two years. I did see he had added his ex girlfriend. They have not spoken for about 7 years, so he tells me.
I asked him about why he he added her he denied it and lied saying he hasn’t. He said it was fun to see what came back by sending the requests out and it was all a novelty. He knows I’m upset about it, he says I don’t trust him. We don’t live together and now not sure what to do?
Some of the women are on onlyfans? Others are random women or friend of friends.
He knew that I wasn’t happy over the weekend and kept telling me he loved me. Just doesn’t feel that way and I don’t want to police someone.

Four years and you still aren’t even living together? And he’s adding exes and dodgy women off Only Fans?
