Questions about Consent Order process

Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help?

Can a judge change or impose new consent order terms or can he only agree or reject the draft order / ask questions?

Also, if one party claims they are living alone when you know they are living with their new partner what should you say to the judge?

Many thanks

A judge can dismiss / reject a consent order if they deem it to be unfair

If you can’t agree it can go to financial dispute hearing where a judge could decide the split

Thanks so what the judge couldn't just impose something without further discussions

I don't think so because it would be up to the 2 parties to further discuss. Unless you can't agree as the poster said above
