Look around you. Find 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell, and one thing you can taste.

Use this breathing gif

Can you call your GP in the morning?

Hope you’re okay Flowers

I woke my daughter up Sad

I came downstairs so that she wouldn't hear. But she'd heard me crying and shouting no and calling for my mummy while I was still asleep.

It's just stopped. My chest hurts. I couldn't breathe. I haven't had a panic attack for nearly 20 years and this was the worst I've ever had my face was so contorted from tension. I was scared.

I haven't dreamt about her for years.

It's son's birthday today. He's the age I was when I had him and there is a lot of trauma tied up in that caused by her. Its also 10 years since we cut contact in a month or so.

I'm also in a relationship that has potential for the first time ever because of her but there's also a lot of dealing with old issues because of that.

I'm a teacher. I never have time off work ill but I think I need it today.

I wasn't really.calling for her though. I was crying out for a mummy.

Take the day off, heck, take two if you want. We all have baggage. And bad dreams.

Have you considered speaking to a councilor about things? Or do you feel that would just drag it up more?
