picture gone POF

hi asking for a friend,no really as i have no idea

been chatting alot on POF for 3-4 days,all good but she has noticed his pictures have gone but all the conversations are still on her account

surely if he has gosted she would be blocked or his account gone,she dosent want to see if she can send a message as she spoke to him online anout 4ish today and dosent want to come across as a bunny boiler

any help for her would be great as even im annoyed by it

Most conversations don't go anywhere on dating apps, tell her not to take it personally. If she leaves the convo, he might come back or message her, maybe he's taking a break from it and took his profile picture down.

Most guys on POF are talking to multiple ppl. I know some guys who are in relationships who go on POF just to "talk" to women or to get them to send pics. I'm afraid a lot of ppl on POF are not genuine.

Sounds like he might have "hidden" his pictures, something I do occasionally when I've had enough of cringe worthy messages from other users

I think it's quite obvious when you've been blocked.

When I was on PoF this was really the only way you could "hide" your profile to stop new people contacting you. Or at least, they wouldn't bother if you didn't have pics! It meant you could carry on messaging the person / people you already had on there, but showed you weren't interested in getting new people.
They used to have an option to hide your profile but removed it, which is why people started doing this. I did it.
Your friend should just message the bloke and ask him why his pics have gone.
