I was in my mid/ late twenties and it was exciting and flattering to have the attention of someone so confident and successful even if he was a bit of a sleaze.

I've liked naughty men (as in ones that were into being unconventional, or taking drugs or not following a straight path) however bad as in misogynistic, city boys or women hating violent lazy twats can do one.
