2022 facing divorce

Family is miles away but reached out and lucky enough to have some girls support and my church.

Still a sobbing wreck. This wasn't my choice. Someone please tell me it gets better...

18yrs married, 20yrs together. Haven't got a clue how to start again. Thankfully financially secure and situation currently amicable.

Girlfriends are great but are there places I can go for support? Haven't a clue how to heal and move on from this.

I'm sorry to hear this, I was the same 3 years ago, it wasn't my choice. Yes it does get better over time, in a few weeks, few months you'll look back and see that you are. I now feel much better off without him and I've become a much stronger character in the process and so will you.
