Relationships after leaving a marriage

I split with my exdh 3 years ago and I've had a few short relationships/dating over that time.
Ive never had any feelings for them develop past fancying them and wanting sex with them. Tbe relationships have lasted from 3 months to over a year.
Ive never thought of making a future with them or anything more serious.
Has anyone felt like this since leaving a marriage?
Im just wondering if I've not met the right guy yet or if I've changed my perspective of having a man for a life partner.
I'm wondering will I ever experience that doe-eyed love again or am I more cynical now with my experiences.
Im mid 30s and have kids if that's relevant

In my own experience, its a very good thing to have a load of fun short relationships after leaving a long marriage. It sort of resets your head- it reminds you that you're still fanciable and boosts your self-esteem a bit. They may be "the one" or they may not, but they can just be fun. The important thing is that they give you a bit of confidence in yourself, because confidence is the single most sexy thing about any woman.

I had a lot of casual things after splitting with my exH, but only one semi-serious relationship. However, I met my now DP three years after our split, and we've been together ever since.

I was expecting to be like you, enjoying the dating thing but then fairly quickly I met dp and it's just perfect. You just never know
