Struggling this evening...

Hey peeps,

So I'm almost a week on from finding out that my P of 2 years has cheated lots of times. I've kicked him out and blocked him on everything. I've been researching naracisstic behaviour and he really ticks every bloody box. I know here on Mumsnet the term gets bandied about quite a lot but it's really been an eye opener for me that I've been totally and utterly manipulated by an arsehole for so long.

I'm struggling with everything this evening. I've wasted 2 years and integrated this tosser into my family. Words really cannot describe how much I hate him.

Remember he is a shit
Don't listen to all the excuses
Narcissists see it as a 'game' and hate to lose/ lose face.
He will want to twist it to end on his terms or with the last say

Oh, I know he's raging at the fact he's blocked and can't manipulate me more. He's painted me as a monster to anyone who'll listen but it turns out that this is his pattern. I don't believe anyone has stood up to him before - he's always left them before they can leave him. It's all about power and he's lost that power with me.
