Was talking to some friends about different levels of hurt, deceit, divorces etc....

A couple have had heartbreaks....

What do you think is the more painful?

1. Husband leaving saying he no longer loves you (no OW, just unhappy)

1. You find out husband has had a long term affair (and then leaves)

I was surprised most said Number 1 would hurt the most. They would rather their husband had an affair - as they could then 'hate' him?

I endured number 1, however, it turned out number 2 caused number 1. Most horrendous part of my life

I think most men will stay, happy or not, until they find a replacement

Aha the reason for most saying number 1 is because it puts the 'blame' squarely on you. Nobody else. Just you.
