Relate Counselling via Zoom... Any good?

We've never done any couples counselling before, and our local Relate are only offering online atm. An initial 1hr consultation costs £68.

Has anyone got any experience of this they could share please? Good or bad. Thanks.

We have had counselling through Relate twice- once in person and once online post- Covid. Both were incredibly helpful and got our marriage back on track. Definitely worth doing, even online.

Thank you, that's good to know! I think we'll book it. Do you mind me asking how many sessions you had? Or how many you think people should have minimum?

They do it in blocks of 6 and review- first time we did at least 12, 2nd time we just needed the 6 x

I'm really surprised they're not doing face to face appointments again, am sure they were doing some end of last year in this area. Have enquired when this might happen again as ideally it would be face to face (I like to feel people's energy and husband would find it more of an impact leaving the home and going somewhere I think).
