Proving harassment

I left my abusive ex.. Changed numbers, emails, all contact details.
I believe he has obtained my number and is now calling off withheld number. He's also made multiple email accounts and emailed from them. I'm going to report to the police but how will they know its him? He's very devious and has many burner phones so I'm expecting him to say its not him.
What can the police do to help?

Buy a whistle.
Answer the calls. And blow it hard..
Every time.

Do you know how he has obtained your new number and email address? Has one of your mutual friends given it to him or is it possible that he has hacked your phone/laptop? Reset your devices and change the password to all your accounts just in case.

The police can trace the IP address via the emails he's been sending you. They won't be able to trace the phone calls if he's calling from burner phones but it's good to have them write a report regardless so it's on file should he take the harassment further.

Next time he calls you from withheld number, answer the call and tell him that you have reported him to the police for harassment, and then blacklist withheld numbers on your phone.

And please buy a personal alarm. Stay safe.

I know you shouldn't have to but can you change your number again?

Change them again, how does he keep getting them someone must be giving them to him he isn’t just guessing them.
