I came across this story today and it reminded me of a similar story that happened to my sisters best fiend.

Could you forgive your friend for having sex with your husband behind your back, resulting in the birth of his child?

Personally, I could never move on from this, no matter how strong the friendship was. It would be a contact reminder of the deceit.

I can categorically say absolutely not. I wouldn't forgive either of them.

No way

God I was thinking you meant the partner? I wouldn't forgive the partner but could see someone might try as there are children involved.
The friend though, no way. That breaches every friendship code going and I'd never speak to them again.

This happened to my friend. Another of her friends was sleeping with her husband. She didn't find out about the child until the child was about 11. The same age as her own with the husband. It took her 15 years before she could speak cordially to him and now has a good relationship with him now that all tbe children are in their 30's.
She never spoke to her friend again.
