Vasectomy question

Just asking women whose partners have had a vasectomy. Do you think your partner would ever forget they've had one?
My husband had one 25 years ago but the other day the subject came up in conversation in a roundabout way and as part of this conversation he said something and I pointed out to him that he had had a vasectomy and he said that he had forgotten about that.

I'd be wondering if he actually had one.

He definitely had one because I went to the clinic with him as he couldn't drive home after it.

I wouldn't worry then. We all have brain fog sometimes.

I had my tonsils out as a kid and sometimes forget, so I say yeah

Weedoogie · 17/11/2021 11:45

I had one 20 years ago and can't imagine ever forgetting that I've had it. Not that it was in anyway traumatic!

Well, he obviously did. So people must.Grin

Unless it was in a social situation and he didn't want to mention it, so just spoke as if he hadn't had one?

Otherwise clearly not a traumatic or memorable event for him.
