Hi,

I've been with my partner for 23 years and it's my only relationship (including sexual). I'm 40 years old

I've always been faithful, and whilst I'm not seeing, talking to anyone else, I do imagine what it would be like to sleep with someone else.

I feel like my mind at times is starting to wonder, and for 23 years I've never felt like this.

Not sure if this feeling will just pass? Anyone else experienced this?

I'd say it's totally normal and as long as it doesn't change your feelings for your partner it's completely fine. If it makes you feel your partner is inferior in some way you may want to consider how happy you are in your relationship. But otherwise I wouldn't worry about it.
