Narcissistic abuse

Really hoping somebody can help me who has been through a similar situation..
Basically, I'm majorly struggling to get over years and years of narcissistic abuse from the hands of my much older sister.

I have had no contact with her for about a year now and it is the best thing. However I just cannot get over what she has done to me and I feel like I'm constantly being tortured by the past.

Does anyone have any tips please I'm desperate.

Look up Dr Ramani on YouTube. She's very humane and compassionate, talks extensively about all aspects of narcissistic abuse.
