My single life month 4 (not going quite as well...)

I've still been spending time with my ex as friends, which has been great, except that I've caught new feelings for him... so I asked him if he'd consider trying again. He looked so shocked that I told him to take time to think about it. A couple of weeks later I asked if if he'd thought about it yet and he said he hadn't, so I'm guessing that ship has sailed

I'm disappointed as I'd really got my hopes up that trying again from a different perspective might have been the way to go, but I'm not chasing after him and am happy that we're still friends so I'm determined to get back to enjoying being single!

Not interested in meeting anyone else at the moment. I have a quick flick through Facebook dating every now and then and no-one compares to my ex so I'm going to stop looking. I really don't want to start a new relationship and have plenty of friends to keep me busy

I was so convinced that I was doing the right thing when I finished it and that I knew what I wanted... not my first stupid decision and probably won't be my last!

Still, I had fun in the summer with friends that I maybe wouldn't have met otherwise
