Long story short. I split with my ex about 4 months ago. We have both met other people but are currently semi residing in our home with our two children. It’s been stressful to say the least. I don’t have a wonderful job earn about £800 a month.
If we sell the house there will be equity of about £50k each after everything is paid off.
How easy will it be for me to go off and rent a property on my own in these circumstances with 50% responsibility for the children?
