Hello, I really need some help - we are looking for 2 x witnesses for our civil partnership at Chester registry office at 11:30am on Monday 18th October. We will pay you generously for your time.

I live near and am free that day. Bizarrely my work place have given me the day off on as annual leave even though I didn't ask for it.
It's like fate! (I Also definitely don't require paying to attend).
