Would rather be at work than home
Drinks more
Doesn’t listen to me at all to the point we have had serious conversations he ‘doesn’t remember’

None of them are healthy signs, and it could well mean that. Another option is he's suffering with his mental health in some way. More context is needed really:

Has he talked to you about why he's drinking more?
Does he love his job (bit of a workaholic) or do you think he's spending more time there just because he hates being at home?
Do you ever feel close?
How long as he been like this?
