I found out last year that my partners Dad has had numerous affairs throughout his marriage to my partners Mum. From what I can understand it has been continuous for the past 30ish years with a string of different woman. He told me last year that It had all stopped but he is now seeing the neighbour! The women he has been with include his wife's best friend and his daughter's (my partners sister) best friend 😮 my question is what do I do!? Do I

I'd stay away from him he wants to shag you . only see him when your DP is there and don't be in the same room as him alone. I probably wouldn't say anything but id avoid the creepy fucker

@Talkingmouse yep not by choice. We have been here a week so far whilst my partner finishes the work on our home. I can't just move out I have a 1 year old. Our home has nothing in it! How do I have nothing to do with them? I have been a part of their family for the past 8 years :/

@HollowTalk bot! Wife's best friend and daughter's best friend! Although I don't think the daughter's best friend was an affair but something happened.

And no this is my first thread on the subject

I think he told you because he's either grooming you to be his next affair, or he actually wants to come clean but is too cowardly, so he told you knowing that you'd tell your partner and is wanting you to do his dirty work for him.

Good luck however you decide to proceed - he's put you in a terrible position. Nasty man!
