Thank you @CanofCant for remembering Hefner, wo were introduced to me by John Peel. I heard one of their Peel Sessions and bought the album 'The Fidelity Wars' and every track was wonderful.

@cds5163 my own recommendation is Dry Your Eyes Mate by The Streets. Then when you feel a bit stronger Empty Cans by the same artist.
