I have my first date today with someone I really like. I'm super nervous as it's my first date ever really, I've been married but we never dated. Any advice? I feel sick with nerves Blush

Oh yea do not keep looking at your phone.

I agree with @Cascascascas be yourself 🙂 they will be on their best behaviour too.
You dont need to do much talking - As long as you ask questions ideally to what they said, they will have a feeling you are interested. Good luck 🤗

Remember that this date is a chance for you to check out the other person just as much as they will be checking you out.

Go to enjoy it and see how it goes, rather than having high expectations of a relationship. Then you will be able to relax and enjoy the evening.

Have fun and concentrate on are you having a good time and do YOU like him rather than worrying if he likes you
Have a great time!

Ooh enjoy the nervous excitement! Don't put too much pressure on it, look at it as an opportunity to meet a new person and have a good chat! Bring along your best stories and have a few questions to ask that can lead to chats - what's their fave film and why, best holiday memory etc. They should be asking you questions too so the conversation will naturally flow. And have fun!! Xx
