Match or Eharmony?

Any thoughts? Been divorced for over 2 years. Went out with a couple of times with chaps I met on Match but didn't progress. Then had the loveliest relationship with someone from Match that he's just ended suddenly out of the blue. Fairly heart broken. Think it might help to get back in the game? The advantage of Eharmony is that he won't be on there (unless he's had the same idea). What are people's experiences of both sites? Any successes? TIA

Match.

Only because eharmony was relatively empty when I tried it. I think it did those personality test things though and one of the only things I cared about with that was that I didn't want matching with anyone with a 'sarcastic' sense of humor. Two matches, both that humour type. Ick.

Personally I like POF better. Its free as well...

EHarmony is not where the action is at. (I am on it at the moment and have paid through the nose for a 'special' Mumsnet offer for 12 months, though I need my head reading for joining up in the thick of a pandemic). Has anyone seen any proof that their compatibility scores work? Just serves to stunt people's desire to get in contact with some others on there (including me until I thought sod it, what do they know?). Meanwhile, nice free (well the membership I am on) POF is providing loads of messages and 'conversions' to dates. I have put the same photos on each in the interests of fairness.

If I'm honest, tinder has proved the best for me over the years. And I hear good things about badoo.

*bumble, not badoo. Though badoo was good too when I tried it.

Hinge.

Another vote for Tinder here. Match is pretty stunted as well. But I haven't tried it this side of the Apocalypse.
