Anyone have any recommendations for books regarding starting over at 40 41?

I am going to start prioritising myself in my own life.... or give it a very good go.

I have a feeling this will bring my relationship to an end. No kids together. 2 dsc (which is what, I think, stopped me leaving before) x

I'm terrified.

I separated at 38 wasn't my choice but hey ho.

I have kids and I think you're right. Spend a year or two prioritising yourself. Wish I'd done that more instead of dating as 3 years later not settled with anyone.

Good luck!

I know several people who started over far older than you are, and they are doing brilliantly. The only regret all of them have is not doing it sooner. You are still quite young, don't waste another day.
