Don't know if the title is right for this but never mind haha

I was just wondering if anyone has any tips or anything they do to make sure that your relationship remains a good one!

Basically me and DP have two kiddies 3 and 1 obviously very hard ages tired a lot hard to fit everything in.
I'm probably just feeling a bit meh at the moment but we don't have sex very often once a month usually? Not sure if that's good or not! Just feel like we are constantly in mum and dad mode.
Don't get me wrong we both love each other very much but I just feel like it's just a bit shit at the moment, very little affection towards each other, obviously don't get to do much together on our own. Is this the norm for couples with two small kiddies?
