I’m massively codependent. I’m seeking help but my first session isn’t for a week. I’ve spiralled a bit the last few days and wondered if anyone had any ideas on how best to deal with this. I’m in a relationship and constantly feeling anxious.

Can you give any examples of how this is manifesting in your current relationship?

Logingsr · 25/08/2021 21:03

@KylieKoKo just constant worrying about the relationship. Checking my phone all the time. Checking when he’s online. Feeling stressed and sick that he might break up with me. Not sleeping well because of it. Not had much sign of him wanting it to be over but it’s all in my mind.

A friend found the r/codepency forums on Reddit useful too. www.reddit.com/r/Codependency/

Good luck on your journey to recovery!
