Anyone else have issues with dp working hours ?

That's just it really .
He works ridiculous hours .
When he's off he just wants to sleep which is understandable .
I ask him to communicate with me when he's running even more late and he doesn't so I go to bed .
We have no quality time together .
We have talked about it and each time we agree to a compromise ? Like be home unless really urgent by 8.30 .... it lasts a few days then nothing .
We don't have money worries and he's not a brain surgeon .
He just doesn't prioritise is I feel .

That does sound tough. Some late nights ok, but not always seems harsh on you.

I have similar issues with a new partner - except its early mornings - insists on 5am alarm to laze about with coffee for 90 mins before then going in to work upto an hour early - to then sit about drinking more coffee until time to clock in at work.

Makes no sense to me whatsoever and I am exhausted with these early starts. But they simply can't see why its an issue for me !!?
