So I'm just looking for some opinions.
Bit of background - my partner attacked me in early 2020, was arrested and a court ordered restraining order put in place.
Just after this happened I found out I was pregnant. Due to what happened, my ex was aware I was pregnant but was not that involved (but said he wanted to be once baby was born)
About 2 weeks before he was born, my ex met someone and disappeared off the face of the earth. That was 9 months ago now and, despite him living just down the road, he's made no effort to see my son or know anything about him. Due to this i didn't put him on the birth certificate.
So, over the past month he has moved away with his girlfriend (I don't know where to) and has still never attempted contact.
My questions is, he still has my son's scan photo as his Facebook cover photo. He is a regular Facebook user and has changed his profile photo a few times so he knows it's there....he's never shown the slightest interested in my son at all so why does he still have that photo up? Any ideas?
