Mirena coil strange side effects

Has anyone been having strange side effects with their Mirena coil?
I'm still having periods with mine but not so heavy. They just last for about 2 weeks. I also get breast pain which is more like a stabbing or pinching sensation inside of my breast. Then there is anxiety.... its through the roof! But this only happens just before I start my period but when it was first happening it was scary as I've never experienced anything like that before.
Please someone tell me I'm not going mad and they have the same or similar symptoms? It's really getting me down...

I had horrendous migraines just before my period. This has calmed down significantly over the last 6 months. My period was like an abattoir for about 3-5 days but with the coil they have almost disappeared. From what I gather, side effects are very variable but normally settle after a few months.

Mirena had been great for me. I had horrific bleeding due to fibroids. I had them removed and surgeon inserted Mirena straight after. My physical PMS symptoms are a lot more milder than pre-Mirena, and bleeding has reduced massively. It drags on for days though. I don’t get bad migraines anymore either. I had awful pre-period anxiety before Mirena and I think I still have it but less so now.
