Age gap

Hi all

I’ve met a really amazing guy. He’s going through the exact situation I am with my ex, we have so much in common and he treats me so well.
The thing is, he is 25 and I am 34, I don’t know why but it is bothering me a little. I never thought I would be in this predicament Lol
I suppose I’m asking if this is too much of an age gap, or is there anyone else seeing a guy 9/10 years younger and what is your experience from this

If he is making you happy go for it...... it is not as if he is 16 and you 25.......most people I know have a younger guy....

I don't think the age gap matters between two adults. In any case it's all new, you aren't planning on setting up house together. You both may find a relationship between you extremely beneficial.

My husband is 11 years older - met when I was 23 and he was 34

She never been an issue!! We went travelling together, moved country together and have a lot of the same interests!! Go to festivals and stuff together every year.

Only thing is that he’s a bit of an older dad now which doesn’t bother him but sometimes he wishes he had kids younger - but that’s it really !

We had a baby when I was 32 (hes 43)

That's really not a significant age gap. The only issues I find with age gaps is if you're at different stages in life, with different goals etc, but if you get on then there's nothing wrong with it - age honestly is just a number!
