One night stand

Hey everyone

Hope anyone has some comforting words for me! I have had my first one night stand at the grand old age of 41.

I feel bloody awful but that could be the hangover, I have no idea why I did it.

He's text this Morning and I am trying my best to let him down gently. I feel terrible like I have done something wrong, guilty maybe! I didn't even enjoy it.

Help me get over this girls, and he was weird, thought he was some sort of porn star !

It's perfectly normal to feel that way, a lot of the time we're conditioned to feel shame or bad over having casual sex. And people rarely enjoy one night stands, they're clumsy and awkward and even at their steamiest you still don't know each other to know where the buttons are or how to press them.
I'm glad you're starting to feel better! Keep on mind that sex is to be enjoyed and the value is yours to place, not other people's to inflict. I had about 20 one night stands by the time I turned 22 and while I never felt shame, I knew I was judged. But you learn not to care what others think.

Put it down to exp. If you don't want to see him again just tell him then delete and block. If ONS are not for you that's OK. Be true to yourself.
