Buying ex out of the house

What does my ex have to do in terms of paperwork ?
We are still married.
We have agreed to a buy out amount and I now have a mortgage offer for my own mortgage .
Will the solicitor that I'm using write up a consent order that he will have to sign along with the other papers?
Is it just a case of him agreeing and signing and posting back?

He's needs to sign it over the share in it to you.
The mortgage company will issue paperwork

So will he have to sign papers from mortgage and also papers from solicitors for deeds?

Yes he will have to sign a transfer form to transfer the legal title to the land to your sole name
