Was walking my usual dog walk and he was mowing the large piece of grass at the park. We noticed each other a 100 yards away. The first thing I noticed was his big thick beard... I absolutely love beards.. it's really my thing! He drove towards me and we smiled at each other, and then again as he rode past. We said 'hiya'. He had the biggest smile.

And now I can't stop thinking about it... ARRRGGGHHH! 😂

I got talking to a lovely bearded man OLD this week. The conversation was brilliant and he seemed really keen but he's not replied to my message for 2 days, obviously found someone better! I'm talking to a few at the moment but that's disappointed me a lot!

OLD man has just messaged me saying he's got a new phone and it has taken a day to log bag in to everything. I'm pleased he's still keen as he's lush and holds an excellent convo. Maybe more like his excitement diverted to someone else and has had a failed date! Dated for years and know all the in's and out's of people's behaviour, but I'm also an over thinker!

Only time will tell what his intentions are, but it's good you're not putting all your eggs in one basket and are exploring a variety of eligible bearded men!

I'm now on 4 dating sites and it's definitely helped. The most recent one being Bumble (suggested intially by someone on here intially for friends). What I didn't realise is that you can switch from BFF to dating, so I started that and I've been chatting to someone all day about all the bands we both like. Got so much in common. He's 6 years younger than me!

Bumble is definitely the best one but then I've paid for it. It definitely pays off for quality/conversation etc.

I never used Bumble myself as it was relatively new at the time but I found POF had the most men local to me. I signed up to Match and paid for that but the men that kept messaging were at least twice my age, not my thing lol!
Definitely keep your guard up but enjoy it. I remember the constant butterflies when I started chatting to someone! My DH still gives me butterflies even now 🤭
